In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Understanding these terms will help you read the rest of this document accurately and without ambiguity.

• "pelbet" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the pelbet online gaming platform, accessible at pelbet.app, and the operating entity responsible for delivering gaming services to registered players in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the pelbet website, mobile-optimized web application, all associated subdomains, gaming interfaces, payment portals, account dashboards, and any other services or features made available by pelbet at pelbet.app or through affiliated channels.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers, deposits, or participates in any activity on the pelbet Platform, whether as a registered account holder or as an unregistered visitor.
• "Account" means the unique registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the pelbet registration process, accessed via the pelbet Login page.
• "Games" means all casino-style games, live dealer games, slot titles, bingo rooms, and any other gaming content made available to Players through the Platform, including but not limited to pelbet Casino titles, Slot games, Bingo, Plants vs Dino, and Golden Leopard.
• "Funds" / "Balance" means the Philippine Peso (₱) amount held in a Player's pelbet account wallet, including deposits, winnings, and any bonus credits that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, reload promotion, loyalty reward, or other incentive offered by pelbet to Players, subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of each individual offer.
• "Prohibited Player" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, is a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law, is a pelbet employee or their immediate family member, or has been subject to a self-exclusion order or account ban on the Platform.

References to any statute, regulation, or regulatory body include all amendments, re-enactments, and successors thereto. Headings in these Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where the context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active pelbet account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law or the law of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gaming is illegal, restricted, or requires a local license that pelbet does not hold.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person, corporation, or entity. Registrations by agents, proxies, or automated systems are not permitted.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pelbet, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been subject to a permanent account ban or active self-exclusion order on the pelbet Platform.
• All information you provide during the registration process is accurate, truthful, and complete, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

pelbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, passport, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID card. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by pelbet may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active pelbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your pelbet Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. pelbet will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorized by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated that activity. pelbet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to add an additional layer of security to your pelbet Login.

• You must notify pelbet's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a compromise of your pelbet Login credentials.
• pelbet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Account usernames and registered email addresses may not be changed after registration without verification and written approval from pelbet support.
• You may not transfer, sell, gift, or assign your pelbet account or any funds in your account wallet to any other person. Account trading or brokering is strictly prohibited.
• pelbet reserves the right to perform periodic account reviews and may request updated verification documents at any time, particularly in connection with large withdrawals or unusual account activity.

Accounts that have been inactive — meaning no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal activity — for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. pelbet will attempt to notify the account holder via registered email before any action is taken on a dormant account. Dormancy fees, if applicable, will be disclosed in the account's notification communication prior to deduction.

All financial transactions on pelbet are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). pelbet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or e-wallet provider in the event that their financial institution applies a conversion when funding their GCash or PayMaya wallet.

The following payment methods are currently supported on the pelbet Platform for deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits:

• GCash — the primary and recommended deposit and withdrawal method for pelbet players
• PayMaya — fully supported for both deposits and withdrawals
• BDO (Banco de Oro) — bank transfer supported for qualified accounts
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) — bank transfer supported

The minimum deposit on pelbet is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request. pelbet aims to process all withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform's banking information page.

pelbet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request that triggers AML thresholds, appears inconsistent with the player's usual activity pattern, or involves a newly registered payment method. This may result in a temporary processing delay. pelbet will communicate any such delay to the affected player via their registered email address.

pelbet offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are offered at pelbet's sole discretion and are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each individual offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on the pelbet Platform unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a player's account in a designated bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested.
• Bonuses have a validity period. If the wagering requirements are not completed within the specified period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• Players may decline any bonus by contacting pelbet support before accepting it. Once a bonus has been accepted and wagering has commenced, it cannot be reversed or cancelled.
• pelbet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where possible, pelbet will provide advance notice of material changes to ongoing promotions via the email address registered to the affected player's account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the wagering requirement framework. Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time unless pelbet's promotion terms explicitly permit stacking.

All games available on the pelbet Platform — including those in the pelbet Casino lobby, the Slot section, Bingo rooms, Plants vs Dino, Golden Leopard, and any other title — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. These game-level rules form part of these Terms & Conditions by incorporation and must be read together with this document.

pelbet uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology to determine the outcomes of all electronic games. Live dealer games use real physical equipment operated by trained dealers in certified studio environments. • pelbet reserves the right to void any bet, game round, or session if it determines — using reasonable technical and investigative methods — that the outcome was affected by a software malfunction, data feed error, human error, or any form of manipulation or exploitation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the Platform and are displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for ensuring their bets comply with the applicable limits before placing them.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds. They do not guarantee any specific outcome or return for any individual gaming session.

The following actions and behaviors are strictly prohibited on the pelbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance and bonuses, and referral to the appropriate legal authorities where applicable.

• Registering as a Prohibited Player, including registering while under 21 years of age or while subject to a self-exclusion or account ban.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with pelbet.
• Depositing funds that originate from illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, theft, or unauthorized use of another person's payment account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, exploit bonuses, or gain any form of unfair advantage over other players or the Platform itself.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotions, or defraud the Platform in any manner.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the pelbet Platform, its servers, or its game systems.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or IP masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions, account bans, or identity verification requirements.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pelbet staff, support agents, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on or associated with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, display glitches, miscalculated odds, or system vulnerabilities for personal gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and must be returned.

All content on the pelbet Platform — including but not limited to the pelbet brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, artwork, software code, user interface elements, promotional materials, written content, and the overall visual identity of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of pelbet or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

Your registration and use of the pelbet Platform does not grant you any ownership rights, license, or permission to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any pelbet intellectual property, except for the limited personal, non-commercial use necessary to access and enjoy the Platform as an individual registered player.

• You may not copy, screenshot, record, or reproduce any game content, live dealer stream, or Platform content for commercial purposes without pelbet's prior written consent.
• The pelbet name, logo, and brand identity may not be used in any form of advertising, affiliate marketing, social media content, or public communication without express written authorization from pelbet.
• Third-party game content available on the Platform — including titles such as Plants vs Dino and Golden Leopard — remains the intellectual property of its respective developers and is licensed to pelbet for delivery to players. These titles are not owned by individual players.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pelbet's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that player into their pelbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pelbet shall not be liable to any player for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary, even if pelbet has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of gaming winnings or profits due to technical faults, disconnections, or system downtime
• Losses arising from the player's failure to secure their pelbet Login credentials
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access where pelbet's security systems were not at fault
• Indirect financial losses, including loss of business income, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage
• Losses caused by events outside pelbet's reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications failures, government action, or cyberattacks
• The conduct, actions, or omissions of any third-party payment provider, including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, or Metrobank

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit pelbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by pelbet's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by pelbet. These limitations of liability apply to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.

pelbet takes its responsible gaming obligations extremely seriously and is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered pelbet player directly from their account dashboard, accessible after each pelbet Login:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to keep spending within your personal budget.
• Session Time Reminders — configure automatic pop-up notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Periods — temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks) to take a break from gaming without permanent account closure.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the pelbet Platform. Once a self-exclusion order is placed, pelbet will not reverse it for the duration of the exclusion period regardless of the player's subsequent requests to reopen the account.

pelbet strictly enforces its 21-year minimum age requirement as a foundational responsible gaming measure. pelbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unauthorized use of payment methods
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual
• Account access from a jurisdiction where pelbet's services are prohibited
• Use of prohibited software tools, bots, or automated systems
• Abusive or threatening conduct toward pelbet staff or other players
• Regulatory direction or legal requirement compelling account action

Upon permanent account closure for cause, pelbet may withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where pelbet determines that a breach resulted in the player gaining funds they were not legitimately entitled to, those funds may be forfeited in their entirety. Where the account closure is not the result of player misconduct, pelbet will process a withdrawal of any legitimate remaining balance to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may voluntarily close your pelbet account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to identity verification and standard withdrawal processing timelines.

pelbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pelbet will take reasonable steps to notify registered players of the update — typically via email to the address registered to each player's account and/or via a prominent notification displayed on the Platform upon the player's next login.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated whenever changes are published. Your continued use of the pelbet Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a player and pelbet, we strongly encourage players to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. pelbet is committed to resolving player concerns fairly, promptly, and transparently. The majority of disputes can be resolved through direct communication with our support team without the need for formal proceedings.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal support process, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit pelbet's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in respect of a breach or threatened breach of these Terms & Conditions.
