pelbet retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention guidelines apply:

• Active Account Data — all personal data associated with an active pelbet account is retained for the duration of the account's existence and for a period of at least five (5) years following permanent account closure, in accordance with AMLA record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction Records — all financial transaction records, including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus transactions, are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• KYC Documents — identity verification documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the end of the business relationship with the player.

During the account registration and KYC verification process, pelbet requires all applicants to submit a valid, government-issued photo ID confirming their date of birth. Accepted forms of ID in the Philippines include the PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, UMID, GSIS ID, passport, driver's license, and PRC ID. Any application where the submitted ID indicates the applicant is under 21 years of age will be rejected immediately and the associated account will be permanently closed.

If pelbet discovers at any time — including after an account has been registered — that a player is under 21 years of age, pelbet will immediately suspend and permanently close the account, void all associated transactions, and where required by law, report the incident to the relevant regulatory authorities. Any data collected from a player subsequently determined to be under 21 will be deleted as soon as practicable after discovery, except to the extent that retention is required by law.
